7 artists print lithographs from the stone and create an individual reference to Anton Bruckner.

In contrast to earlier times - in the 18th century in the days of the inventor Alois Senefelder, where there were only male artists and printers - or even in Anton Bruckner's lifetime, printed matter was printed by men. Only later, as the only exception among artists, did Käthe Kollwitz become an artistic role model with a strong statement in her lithographs.

So today, even in physically difficult, elaborate, old printing techniques, such as Senefelder's lithography in particular, women artists are now even in the majority.

This beautiful, special technique has nevertheless not become obsolete without digital simplification of the prints.
